First Choice Personnel was established in 1997 to serve the temporary staffing needs of both large and small manufacturing companies for light industrial personnel.  First Choice is a family-owned service with an entrepreneurial structure and culture that enables our associates to make timely decisions to exceed client expectations. This also allows us to be more flexible and creative than our competitors to best fulfill our clients' needs. Our primary goal is to develop long-term working relationships with our clients while becoming an extension of their human resources department and to create successful career paths for our associates.  We ensure that company growth is at a steady pace so that we can give more personalized service to our client base.  First Choice has been serving the Triad and surrounding area since 1997.  Our current locations are in High Point, Mocksville, and Winston-Salem.
